冬季可适当“吃冷”
进入冬季以后，人们有以进食热食来保暖健身，而把冷凉食品拒之口外。殊不知，在严寒的冬季，若能适当吃些冷食，不但对身体无害，反而还有益处，不失为冬季的一种保健方法。

冬季可适当食冷饮

人肺腑火盛，而冬天“上火”的现象似乎还更多，故民间有“冬吃萝卜夏吃姜”的说法。冬天外界气候虽冷，但人们穿得厚，住得暖，活动少，可造成体内积热不能适当散发，再加上冬令饮食所含热量较高，所以很容易导致胃肺火盛，甚至人会出现“火盛三焦”现象，即上焦蕴热，表现为舌尖赤红、舌苔黄厚，易导致上呼吸道、咽峡、扁桃腺、口腔粘膜疾患；中焦蕴热，多因过食油腻、甜或大补的食物造成，表现为舌苔厚、尿黄、便秘、焦渴等；下焦蕴热，多因肾虚、肾炎、膀胱炎、痔疮等引起。

冬季吃些冷饮，旨在消“火”，不但效果较快，而且也是一番别致的享受。当然，冬天吃冷饮也要因人而异，尤其是胃肠功能欠佳者需慎食。同时，冷食只能起到带走体内一部分热量的作用，治标不治本，所以不妨再吃些性冷的食物，如萝卜、莲子、松花蛋等。

冬天适当吃点凉菜

冬天天冷，人们喜欢吃油脂多、高热量的食品，加之户外活动少，因此易发胖，尤其是胸、腹部和臀部。为了不增加体重，除了注意体育锻炼外，多吃些凉菜，能迫使身体自我取暖，多消耗一些脂肪从而达到减肥的目的，确保健康。

冬季可常喝凉开水

若能经常饮用凉白开水，有预防感冒、咽喉炎和某些皮肤病之效。尤其是早晨起床喝杯凉开水，能使肝脏解毒能力和肾脏排洗能力增强，促进新陈代谢，加强免疫功能，有助于降低血压、预防心肌梗死。

如何做出一块合格的Pizza
材料　：Pizza酱 洋葱 黄油 粘cheese，要专用的，否则拉不出丝 水果　自发粉，鸡蛋，牛奶　青椒 培根 豌豆，玉米 香菇 调料：盐，味精，胡椒粉 酸辣汁，橄榄油等
做法：
先和面，将少量黄油加热搞化，与一个鸡蛋和少量自发粉混合，随后加入牛奶和面粉，不断的揉啊揉，记住面粉和牛奶要一点一点加。
大约250ml牛奶的量可以做两张Pizza，面不要太软，最后弄成两个面团，放置20分钟发酵。
等面发酵的时候，可以把蔬菜水果等加工一下，切成小块。
盘里均匀涂上少许橄榄油，将面团擀平放进考盘，因为没有圆盘，只能作方的了。注意中间薄，边缘后，这样Pizza才有边
抹上Pizza酱，可以根据口味在加些胡椒或是盐等调料。
把蔬菜水果、培根等发在上面，搭配可以按自己的口味，我的做法是：蔬菜培根用洋葱、青椒、豌豆、玉米、培根和香菇，水果培根用草莓、菠萝、培根。也可以在上面再撒一些酱料
用绞丝器将cheese绞成丝撒在Pizza上，要多哦，这样才好吃。
烤箱预热，220度，烤20分钟左右，应该在上面盖一层锡纸，避免上面过热把cheese烤糊。

加州的医生，用人类多余的脂肪来作为汽车的动力，可惜是违法的。

A former Beverly Hills, Calif. liposuction doctor claimed to have the environment's best interests at heart when he began fueling his and his girlfriend's SUVs with human fat sucked out of his patients.

Unfortunately the practice was illegal, according to California state health officials.

An investigation by the California public health department revealed that Craig Alan Bittner created "lipodiesel" from his patients' fat and used it to power his Ford SUV and his girlfriend's Lincoln Navigator, Forbes.com reported this week.

"The vast majority of my patients request that I use their fat for fuel — and I have more fat than I can use," Bittner wrote on his now defunct Web site. "Not only do they get to lose their love handles or chubby belly but they get to take part in saving the Earth."

California law forbids the use of human medical waste to power vehicles.

，2008/12/10号下午，我兴高采烈的告别了那位狗皮不是美术老师，一路狂飚，回到家里扛行李，去机场.
路上慢悠悠的下起了驴毛大雪，挖，别提那个壮观了，从610到59到288他妈的那个堵车啊，
好像我们这里的人很没见过世面似的，休斯敦就好比中国的广州，一年四季都他妈的夏天，几百年不见得雪，
那天下了，30分钟的路程，走了两个多小时，终于迟到了，
虽然说他们可以按陪我坐下一般飞机，可是，9点的飞机，因为那个3个小时的雪花，借了一层薄薄的冰，
机场工作人员都傻了，等八，就在那里干等，
9点多的飞机，在大厅等到了差不多12点，然后他们安排我们上飞机，上了飞机，，
他们告诉我们，那个那个，，什么什么，因为休斯敦几百年不下雪所以没经验没设备，所以，de-ice一点进度都没有，
汗颜啊，接着等，因为转机在国内第一个，所以不提供什么吃的，只有饮料，那些人就在那里聊天和饮料，
结果，哈哈哈哈
从机舱门的前面排队到了后面一群人上厕所排队，何止壮观啊，
兴我好经验丰富啊，走之前几乎就没有休息，也没有吃什么东西，还好了。
经过这么多年的经验，不管是日本中国美国还是其他的，还是韩国韩亚的航空公司的飞机上面的吃的好吃，
美国就是CO航空公司的服务最好,日本么，我就不说了，也许我没遇到吧，不过怎么是在不怎么样，
大约过了4个多小时，凌晨快5点的时候，飞机起飞了，挖。。飞机上痛苦得不行不行的，
下了飞机大约早上6点，早早的来到了他们的客福中心，你们公司延迟，我下两个飞机全部赶不上了，你说咋办，
女的服务还算好，毕竟我捆到机场8个小时阿，
帮我打电话大约询问联系了，另外两家航空公司，他们告诉，去中国的飞机最早，也要等到星期一，
而且星期一也不一定有座位，如果有，不知道是不是给我买的是同一个等级的，如果不是那么还要交钱，
弄得差点行李都丢了，因为飞机走了，行李照样往其他航空公司哪里转，
还好服务台给我找到了，我都痛苦得不行不行的，
好比他妈的飞到空中了，但是，才到了香蕉皮，吧唧，给我摔下来了，
好长时间我都转不过弯了，
我期待的大雪天，期待的火锅，期待的聚会，还有等待我的老婆，哎，
甭提心里多难受了，
我到了那里以后，思考了好久，终于决定，退钱怕，我不走了，反正也走不了了，他们就安排了作为让我返回，
折腾了一天一夜，我好累，好累好累。

In response to “we are ugly but we are here” this essays the author mainly talking about his life and how his family retracts to a life and death situation. When the authors were still a young girl he spends more her life to attending funerals because his guardian’s job title was the minister of the country. By just looking at the title of this essay you well immediacy start thinking about what is ugly relate to current position? It must have something to do with life. Ironically ugly does not mean that person is ugly but the ugly position she is face into, then we are here, but where? of course the country of freedom America,
He first describe the position of her country how people are dying so quick and often, then it compare to America she is still not really happy with her life but she felt a lot safer. When people start to loose their hopes they start find something else to believe to pass their pressure on, everyone have to die but when you believe so much in afterlife then death is not a very big deal for you.   Read more | Submit comments

One of the first people murdered on our land was a queen. Her name was Anacaona and she was an Arawak Indian. She was a poet, dancer, and even a painter. She ruled over the western part of an island so lush and green that the Arawaks called it Ayiti land of high. When the Spaniards came from across the sea to look for gold, Anacaona was one of their first victims. She was raped and killed and her village pillaged in a tradition of ongoing cruelty and atrocity. Anacaona's land is now the poorest country in the Western hemisphere, a place of continuous political unrest. Thus, for some, it is easy to forget that this land was the first Black Republic, home to the first people of African descent to uproot slavery and create an independent nation in 1804.

I was born under Haiti's dictatorial Duvalier regime. When I was four, my parents left Haiti to seek a better life in the United States. I must admit that their motives were more economic that political. But as anyone who knows Haiti will tell you, economics and politics are very intrinsically related in Haiti. Who is in power determines to a great extent whether or not people will eat.

I am twenty six years old now and have spent more than half of my life in the United States. My most vivid memories of Haiti involve incidents that represent the general situation there. In Haiti, there are a lot of "blackouts," sudden power failures. At those times, you can't read or study or watch TV, so you sit around a candle and listen to stories from the elders in the house. My grandmother was an old country woman who always felt dis- placed in the city of Port-au-Prince where we lived and had nothing but her patched-up quilts and her stories to console her. She was the one who told me about Anacaona. I used to share a room with her. I was in the room when she died. She was over a hundred years old. She died with her eyes wide open and I was the one who closed her eyes. I still miss the countless mystical stories that she told us. However, I accepted her death very easily because in Haiti death was always around us.
